Shipping Information

1. LOCAL SHIPPING

Within Singapore, there are three modes of deliveries that you may choose from.

  1. Normal mail via Singpost
  2. Registered mail via Singpost
  3. Courier via Roadbull

Charges and delivery time for each mode of delivery is as listed below.

 

 

(A) Normal mail via Singpost 

Each unit is chargeable at S$1.50. Subsequent units are chargeable at additional S$0.50 each.

Delivery time takes between 2-14 working days, and is entirely dependent on Singpost.

Packages mailed via normal mail do not come with tracking features. By opting for normal mail, you acknowledge and accept the risks of lost/damaged items. intoxiquette.com bears no responsibility for such instances.

Please note that there is a weight restriction of 2kg per package. Once the weight limit is hit, your order will have to be sent via Courier delivery.

Please also note that as Singpost is a third party company engaged in delivery, by opting for this, you are bound to the terms of engagement as provided by them.

 

 

(B) Registered mail via Singpost

Each package is charged an additional S$2.25 on top of normal mail charges.  

Registered mail comes with a tracking number that will be made available to you via your Order History once it has been successfully mailed.

We would like to highlight that once the tracking number has been provided therein, registered postage will not be refundable under all circumstances as it is deemed to have been duly delivered.

Please note that there is a weight restriction of 2kg per package. Once the weight limit is hit, your order will have to be sent via Courier delivery. 

Please also note that as Singpost is a third party company engaged in delivery, by opting for this, you are bound to the terms of engagement as provided by them. 

 

 

(C) Courier delivery via Roadbull

Each package is chargable at S$8 per deliverable address regardless of number of units. There is a cut-off time for payment to be in for next-working-day delivery. Cut-off time is 12pm each day, for delivery strictly between 9am-10pm on the next 1 to 2 working days (Please kindly give us 2 to 3 working days allowance for festive season)

Each package comes with a tracking number that will be made available to you via your Order History once it has been successfully handed over to the courier company.

You may track your items by visiting www.roadbull.com (tracking numbers starting with RB_INTOX*ordernumber*), 

Please provide approximately 2-3 hours after receiving your tracking number before sending in a tracking request, as the courier company requires time to update their system with the relevant tracking information. 

In the event of failed or delayed delivery, you are able to send in a redelivery request free-of-charge via the same given website.

We would like to highlight that once the tracking number has been provided therein, courier costs will not be refundable under all circumstances as it is deemed to have been duly delivered.

Please also note that as Roadbull is a third party company engaged in delivery, by opting for this, you are bound to the terms of engagement as provided by them.

All packages are sent via International registered mail via Singpost and come with tracking numbers that will be made available to you via your Order History once it has been successfully mailed.

You are to bear any additional charges incurred through customs or taxes.
