Q: Who should I contact if there has been a glitch in my account?

Please contact us at should there be any problems you may encounter.

Q: Where can I keep track of my previous purchases with you?

Under My Account, click on Order History. Here, you will find all your previous orders and invoices with us.

Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?

At the account log-in page, click on “Forgot your password?”. You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions given in the email and your password will be successfully reset. Should you still encounter any problems, please email us at immediately.

Q: How do I sign up for your newsletter?

You may do so by entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage and clicking on the arrow button. Joining our newsletter does not automatically create an account for you as a password would be required. 

Q: Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
It would be more convenient for you to create an account with us as your particulars would be stored securely in our system and there would be no need for you to re-enter them in subsequent orders. However, you may also place orders without an account. Simply check out as a guest.

Q: How do I ensure that my parcel reaches me safely?

Normal mail does not come with any tracking facilities. Hence, please opt for either registered mail or courier delivery to ensure that your parcel is at least trackable in the event that it goes missing. 

Please note that we are not liable for any lost mail should you opt for normal mail. 

Q: What is a Backorder?

A Backorder is opened for items that have already sold out but are still in strong demand. Once we have ascertained the possibility of a Backorder for any item, you will be notified either by our Newsletter, Social Media, or through the wait list for that item.

A Backorder typically takes approximately 4-6 weeks to arrive on our end from the factories. Once they arrive, we will dispatch them out within 3-5 working days.

To join a Backorder, all you have to do is place an order and make payment as you normally would for an instock item. 

Your slot for a Backorder is only confirmed once your payment has been successfully verified. 

If you wish to cart out an Instock item together with a Backorder item, you have two choices of either split delivery (Instock and Backorder mailed and postage charged separately), or to have them combined into one delivery. If you choose the latter, and have multiple Backorder items in one order invoice, please note that your parcel will only be shipped when the last item arrives.

Q: The item that I like is sold out or or temporarily unavailable! How do I place an order?

If you did not managed to make a purchase when your desired item was available, you may indicate your preference to be automatically notified once the item is back in stock or if the item is available via Backorders by entering your email address after clicking on “Join Waiting List" button.

Q: Are your prices fixed?

We price our items very competitively to ensure that you get the best value for money, hence our prices are fixed regardless of quantity purchased.

Q: Why are there two measurements provided per dimension of some apparels?

Where there are two measurements provided, the first refers to the measurement of the item when laid flat and unstretched; the second refers to the measurement of the item when stretched to its maximum.

Where there is only one measurement provided, it is safe to assume that the item is not stretchable.

Q: What is “PTP”?

PTP refers to “Pit to Pit”. This is typically the straight length across the chest area of the apparel.

Q: Why does the measurement seem so small?

Our apparels are measured for one side of the item, and not for entire circumference.

Q: What is the unit used for your measurements?

All our measurements are indicated in inches.
